When you submit a booking request or complete a reservation, Lodgify collects the following information on our behalf:

3. Payment Processing via Stripe
All payments made through our Lodgify booking widget are processed by Stripe, Lodgify's integrated payment processor. Sandy Ranch Outfitters does not store, view, or have access to your full credit card number or payment account details.
Stripe collects and processes payment information in accordance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance requirements. Your payment data is encrypted and handled entirely within Stripe's secure environment.

4. Lodgify as a Data Processor
Lodgify acts as a data processor on our behalf. They store and manage guest booking records, calendar data, and communications within their platform. Lodgify's systems are used to sync availability across connected listing channels (such as Airbnb and VRBO) to prevent double bookings.

By submitting a booking request through our Site, you acknowledge that your data will be processed by Lodgify as described above.
5. Booking Approval Process
All booking requests through Sandy Ranch Outfitters are subject to owner approval before confirmation. Submitting a request does not guarantee a confirmed reservation. You will receive a confirmation communication once your booking has been reviewed and approved.
We may contact you by phone or email to gather additional information or discuss your visit prior to confirming your booking.
6. Data Retention
Booking records, guest information, and payment receipts are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill our legal, tax, and business record-keeping obligations.
